I had submitted and been denied the request twice and was told to call a phone number to figure it out. ![]() I spoke to ***** yesterday to gain access to my minor child's test results. Cant believe I was charged $169 TWICE and I couldnt even get someone to help me. She didnt even bother helping me and then said what the ****, cant find your name then hung up on me :)) this effin place is a joke. And yall when I thought the first lady was already rude, this second one is way worst ? she was a total b*tch and kept cutting me off while I was explaining. Couple days passed and I saw that the charge already posted on my account so I called again to ask for help over what happened. However, when I checked my bank account it said that I was still charged for the first one even though the website said it was unsuccessful?!! Called the billing person immediately and the lady spoke like she wasnt getting paid to do that job, however she still said shell request for a refund. So I went ahead and started another order of the same tests, this time the payment was successful and it showed me a payment confirmation page. It didnt even say that the payment was confirmed. ![]() Their billing representatives are the worst! I ordered my own lab tests online because it was needed for my schools program and while I was making my payment the website had a glitch and said there was an error. ![]()
